PINELLAS PARK — Construction began this week on an empty lot of Park Boulevard but not on a shopping center or restaurant typical of the area. It will be made from some unconventional building blocks: shipping containers.
This is the idesign Master Plan for the World Transportation Exchange in Orlando, FL. The video shows the expansion of the I-4 Ultimate project to our site on I-4 and the 99 acre development of WTE. This project combines a 150 key hotel, 40,000 sq. ft. of conference center, 170,000 sq. ft. of high end pedestrian retail, 400,000 sq. ft of the WTE tower, 288 units of refined apartment living, 100,000 sq. ft of class A office, and 90,000 sq. ft. of automotive collision centers off site.
The WTE is a high-line transportation exchange for all modes of transport. WTE will house ultra high-line auto, yacht, motor coach, jet, and helicopter manufacturers in one showcase destination.
